The 7th-generation SiC SVG of Lafaelt Electric is equipped with IGBT/SiC power devices of internationally renowned brands. Relying on the excellent performance of silicon carbide materials and based on mature reactive power compensation technology, it accurately addresses grid issues such as reactive power fluctuations, three-phase unbalance and voltage sag, providing a reliable guarantee for the stable power supply of various industries.

 

Product Features

7th-gen SiC core devices for maximum efficiency: Adopting SiC power devices of internationally renowned brands, the overall operating efficiency of the equipment exceeds 98%, the power factor can be accurately compensated to 0.999, which greatly reduces grid power loss. Its high temperature resistance makes it suitable for complex working conditions.

 

Miniaturization upgrade for higher space utilization: With structural optimization compared to the 6.0 version, the size is reduced and 8 modules can be loaded in a single cabinet, which greatly improves cabinet space utilization and adapts to the compact installation requirements of various power distribution rooms.

 

Ultra-fast response for precise dynamic compensation: Adopting the multi-coordinate rotation control algorithm, the instantaneous response is less than 0.1ms and the full compensation response is less than 5ms. Without inrush current impact or over-compensation, it accurately adapts to the real-time dynamic changes of the power grid.

 

Modular design for stable operation and easy expansion: Supporting parallel operation of multiple units with master-slave control mode, the failure of a single unit will not affect the operation of the entire cabinet. It can be flexibly expanded on demand to adapt to compensation requirements of different capacities.

 

Multiple safety protections with fault self-diagnosis: Equipped with more than 20 protection functions, it can provide timely protection against abnormal conditions such as overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overheating and short circuit. It has a built-in system self-diagnosis function to quickly identify faults and issue alarms.

 

Strong environmental adaptability for multi-scenario application: The layered structural design is dustproof and rainproof, enabling adaptation to harsh working environments. With intelligent air cooling and low noise, it meets the installation and use requirements of industrial, commercial and other scenarios.
