DVR Working Principle

Power grid voltage sags can easily cause production equipment to shut down and critical data loss, affecting continuous production. The DVR (Dynamic Voltage Restorer) device precisely solves this problem, ensuring stable equipment operation.

During normal power grid operation: The DVR module is in standby mode, the thyristor is conducting, the load directly uses the grid voltage, and the supercapacitor is fully charged and ready;

When a voltage sag occurs in the power grid: The device responds quickly within 2ms, the thyristor turns off, and the inverter starts. The supercapacitor releases energy to continuously output a stable voltage to the load, maintaining normal equipment operation;

After the power grid voltage recovers: The DVR module stops working, the thyristor turns on again, and the supercapacitor enters the charging state, ready for next use.
