10kV Power Distribution Project for the Hubei Huazhou Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Plant (Phase I)

Located in the Jingmen Chemical Industry Park, Hubei Huazhou Pharmaceutical specializes in the production of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and intermediates. Its newly completed Phase I pharmaceutical production base—built to GMP standards—is equipped with a 10kV power distribution system designed to ensure uninterrupted operation of the facility's precision production lines and testing equipment.

The facility's extensive use of motors and heating-related inductive loads presents significant power management challenges: failure to meet power factor standards results in financial penalties; voltage fluctuations caused by equipment startup and shutdown can easily interfere with precision instruments, posing risks to product quality; and persistent reactive power losses drive up long-term electricity costs. Consequently, the plant urgently required professional reactive power compensation equipment to optimize its electrical system.
